Dr Richard Knowlton of Elizabethtown, PA has been awarded the 2019 Presidential Award by the Academy of General Dentistry for his extensive contributions and long-standing service to patients and the dental profession.
The President’s Award is only given to a select few dentists from across the country. Dr Knowlton has been awarded this recognition by three of the most recent AGD presidents for his outstanding service to the Academy.
“Thank you for this honor and for allowing me to be part of such a special organization.” said Dr. Knowlton. The award was given at the annual AGD House of Delegates Meeting in Chicago Nov 8-10, 2019.
Dr Knowlton and Knowlton Dental Associates are proud to be among the top dentists in Lancaster County. He is one of the foremost experts in sports dentistry, receiving numerous awards throughout his 30+ year career and serving as President of the PAGD. He served as Team Dentist to the US Olympians in 2016 and 2018.
