Recently, Dr. Knowlton and our entire team attended a continuing education lecture series with a rather unorthodox name: “It’s Time for a Rodent to Run your Practice – 7 steps to creating the ‘Happiest Dental Practice on Earth.’”
The lecture, provided by motivational dental speaker T. Andre Shirdan, had little to do with four-legged creatures attempting to run financials and schedule appointments, much to Linda’s delight. Rather, it highlighted several ways in which we, as a team, can show patients how special they are while working together more efficiently as a group.
We are really looking forward making our practice stand out in the Elizabethtown community, and making each of our patients know that they are getting the care they deserve.
